Your science is why we do ours.

We are scientists helping scientists.

Solve the problems slowing your laboratory.

Who we are

SynapticSci is a team of scientists who turned their curiosity toward how laboratories work and now help diagnostic, testing, and research laboratories run better. Start with the problem in front of you, and we will help you choose the tools that fit.

Choose the kind of laboratory you run to see the problems we meet most often there, how we approach them, and the tools that fit.

Problems we solve

Common problems

These problems come up in more than one of the practices above. Each starts with the question a laboratory asks.

A page of a small lined pocket notebook written in ink: numbered sample entries for canned peas, beans, tomatoes and blackberries, each with the packer's name and town, and the price paid and the date in the margin.

Pricing

How pricing works

We want to talk with you first, to understand the root of your laboratory’s problems. Once we know you and how your laboratory works, we begin our Understand phase and match you with a solution, instead of fitting your problem into a product box from the start.

Everything we sell falls into one of four parts, the same ones your purchasing office already uses.

Licenses
Bought annually, for named users, portal packs, and modules.
Hosting
Bought annually. There is no hosting charge when you run the software in your own Microsoft tenant.
Sustain
A monthly allowance of support hours, priced per year, with a twelve-month minimum.
Project services
Each project has its own statement of work, priced at a fixed scope or as time and materials.
